FreightBrain

Call six brokers at once, without picking up the phone.

Tick the loads you want on the DAT One board. FreightBrain's AI agent calls the brokers who posted them — all of them, at the same time — asks your questions, and streams the answers into your side panel as they come. Take over any call in one click.

A Chrome extension for truck dispatchers and carriers. Access is by invitation while we onboard our first fleets.

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick your loads on DAT

The extension adds a checkbox to every row on the DAT One load board. Tick up to six and hit Launch FreightBrain. Loads you don't tick are never read.

  2. 2

The agent checks the broker, then calls

Every broker's MC number is checked against the public FMCSA registry first, so inactive or unauthorized brokers are never dialed. Then all the calls go out at once. The agent works through phone menus, waits out hold music, and hangs up on voicemail without leaving a message.

  3. 3

    Watch every call live

One card per call in your side panel, with the live transcript and the details filling in as the broker gives them: miles, commodity, weight, rate, and whether the rate is negotiable. Type a rate mid-call and the agent asks for it.

  4. 4

    Take the good ones yourself

Hit Take over and the call is handed to your phone with the broker still on the line — the agent drops out silently. Or send a bid email from your own Gmail and move on to the next load.

What you get

Six calls at once

One dispatcher covers the board six times faster. Calls are capped at four minutes so nothing drags.

It says it's an AI

The agent introduces itself as an AI assistant and never claims to be a person.

No stored transcripts

Speech becomes text so the agent can answer, and it's gone when the call ends. Recording is off unless you turn it on.

Broker screening

FMCSA registration checked before every dial. Flagged brokers are blocked, with the reason on the card.

Your questions, asked

Tick a question — shipper open weekends? exact weight? — and the agent asks it on the next turn.

Bid emails from your Gmail

Follow-ups go out from your own address and sit in your Sent folder, with your signature.

Pricing

$99 / month per dispatcher

Plus phone and AI usage, billed at cost.

We don't mark up the calls. What the phone legs and the AI actually cost us is metered per call and passed through on your next invoice, to the cent — the subscription is how we make our money. There's no minimum, no per-call fee, and no contract: cancel any time and you keep the service to the end of the month you've paid for.

Billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own pages — we never see or store them. Usage appears as two lines on your invoice, "Phone usage, at cost" and "AI usage, at cost". Full details in our Terms of Service and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Who it's for

Truck dispatchers and small-to-midsize carriers who book their own freight off the DAT One load board — the people spending their morning calling broker after broker to find out which postings are real. FreightBrain makes those calls in parallel so you spend your time negotiating the loads worth having.

What FreightBrain is not. It isn't a load board, a broker, or a freight marketplace, and it doesn't book loads for you. It gathers load details over the phone and hands the decision to you — the agent never agrees to a rate or accepts a load.
